2023 Spring Vipers Travel Registration

Welcome

Welcome to the 2023 Spring Vipers Travel Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Vipers Hockey Club.

Please note that the registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.  The only exception to this rule is if your player is not placed on a team.  If this is the case, you will be issued a full refund.

NO REFUNDS will be given to players who are placed on a team but choose not to play.  Additionally, if a player elects to quit mid-season, they are still responsible for the entire season fee.

Total fees due for the Spring 2023 season will be as listed below, PLUS online processing fees of 3% + $1 per transaction as charged directly by SportsEngine.

Payment Options

  • Pay In Full:  Submit the total fees due for the season upon completion of the registration
  • 3 Installment Option:  Your first payment of $200 will be due at the time of registration. The remaining balance due will automatically deduct from the SAME PAYMENT METHOD on 4/1/2023 and 5/1/2023.

REGISTRATION FEES & REFUND POLICY

Registration fees are non-refundable. Registration Fees will ONLY be refunded if your child does not make a team. Skaters who pay their registration fees but decide not to tryout will not get their fees back. Skaters who are placed on a team but choose not to play will NOT receive their registration fees back. Additionally, skaters who are placed on a team but decide to quit their team mid-season for any reason at all will NOT receive a refund of any kind for fees already paid up until that point.


USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must have a valid 2022-2023 season USA Hockey Number. If you are not registered with USA Hockey,  register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2021 spring season.

All CURRENT USA Hockey Numbers are valid through August 31, 2023.  USA Hockey Registration ONLY applies to first year Squirts or new families to the organization that do not currently have a USA Hockey #.  If you already have a valid USA Hockey # you will need to have it handy to enter in on that section of the registration.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Click HERE if you need to "look up" your player's USA Hockey number. (Request duplicate confirmation)
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

What's Included

  • 2 on-ice practices each week 
  • BTE off/on-ice training every other week
  • Weekly PADS Goalie Training
  • 2 Jerseys & 1 pair of Socks
  • 6-8 Game Schedule (Mite Level Players ONLY)

The board reserves the right to cancel or change schedules at any point throughout the season. 

What's Not Included

Tournament Fees

  • Coaches/Teams will determine how many tournaments they would like to participate in and pay for entry through a slush fund.
  • Each team will compete in the local Battle on the Border Tournament.

Practice Information

Practices will begin the week of April 3. Specific practice schedules including days/times are still in the works and also dependent upon the team your child makes.
