2020 Spring Vipers Registration

Welcome

Welcome to the 2020 Spring Registration with Vipers Hockey!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Vipers Hockey Club. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.  The only exception to this rule is if your player is not placed on a team.  If this is the case, you will be issued a full refund.

NO REFUNDS will be given to players who are placed on a team but choose not to play.  Additionally, if a player elects to quit mid-season, they are still responsible for the entire season fee.


Family Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $50 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

 

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your Family's Discount rates.***


USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2019-2020 Season.

All USA Hockey Numbers are current through August 31, 2020.  USA Hockey Registration ONLY applies to first year Squirts or new families to the organization that do not currently have a USA Hockey #.  If you already have a valid USA Hockey # you will need to have it handy to enter in on that section of the registration.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Click HERE if you need to "look up" your player's USA Hockey number. (Request duplicate confirmation)
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

What's Included

Mite/Squirt/Peewee Levels

  • 1 on-ice practice each week 
  • 1 skills session each week
  • BTE off/on-ice training every other week
  • PADS Goalie Training
  • 2 Jerseys & 1 pair of Socks
  • Mite level ONLY will play an 8 game spring schedule against other CUHL teams.

Bantam Level

  • 2 practices per week
  • BTE off/on-ice training every other week
  • PADS Goalie Training
  • 2 Jerseys & 1 pair of Socks

Midget/Girls

  • 2 practices per week
  • PADS Goalie Training
  • 2 Jerseys & 1 pair of Socks

What's Not Included

Tournament Fees

  • Teams will determine how many tournaments they would like to participate in and pay for entry through a slush fund.

Practice Information

Practices will begin the week of March 30. Specific practice schedules including days/times are still in the works and also dependent upon the team your child makes.

All Players will participate in their 2020-2021 age classifications for the spring 2020 season


2020 Spring Fees

Player Fees (All Levels)

  • $600

Goalie Fees

  • Mite/Squirt: $350
  • All Other Levels: $450

Payment Options

Below are the Three (3) Payment Options Available

 

Option 1: Pay in Full Online

  • By choosing this payment option, you will submit the total due for the season online upon completion of this registration. Customer is responsible for covering all processing, convenience, or transaction fees associated with this payment option.
    • Processing fees are 3.15% of the entire season cost ($600 for players or $350/$450 for goalies) + $2 per transaction. 

Option 2: Payment Plan Online

  • By choosing this payment option, you will submit a $200 per child registration fee upon completion of this registration. The remaining balance due for the season will be billed ONLINE in 2 equal installments using the SAME PAYMENT METHOD used to pay your registration fee. Automatic payments will take place on April 3 and May 8, 2020. 
  • Customer is responsible for covering all processing, convenience, or transaction fees associated with this payment option.
    • Processing fees are 3.15% of the entire season cost ($600 for players or $350/$450 for goalies) + $2 per transaction. 

Option 3: Payment Through the RecPlex - NO PROCESSING FEES!

  • By choosing this payment option, there will be no processing, convenience, or transaction fees associated with your spring 2020 fees.  You will be required to submit a $200 per child registration fee upon completion of this registration. The remaining balance due for the season will be billed through the RecPlex. There will be 2 payment options available through the RecPlex.
    • Pay in Full - Automatically be billed your remaining balance due for the season via credit card or checking account on April 3.
    • 2 Installment Option - Automatic payments via a checking account or credit card will take place on April 3 and May 8, 2020.
  • If you choose this option, you will be required to complete the Payment Authorization Form (PDF link below). Forms are due no later than Monday, March 23, 2020. Forms submitted after this deadline will incur a $30 per child late fee. Forms can be dropped off in person at the RecPlex or emailed to ktwigg@pleasantprairiewi.gov

Registration Fees & Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable. Registration Fees will ONLY be refunded if your child does not make a team. Skaters who pay their registration fees but decide not to tryout will not get their fees back. Skaters who are placed on a team but choose not to play will NOT receive their registration fees back. Additionally, skaters who are placed on a team but decide to quit their team mid-season for any reason at all will NOT receive a refund of any kind for fees already paid up until that point.
